DJ Young Music, who was recently crowned “Live Nation/Scream Nation Mad DJ of the DMV,” is unsurprisingly the youngest in the field of seasoned party starters set to travel to Hotlanta, as he takes part in an exclusive national competition, “The Ultimate Mad DJ”  crown. Hosted by DJ Nabs of BOOM 102.9 Classic Hip Hop, the high energy throwback battle will showcase twelve semi-finalists from various parts of the country to compete among a circle of DJs at the hallowed Tabernacle in Atlanta, GA on Friday, June 19.  

One of the most anticipated events of the year, the competition will work to determine “The Ultimate Mad DJ.” 

 “He’s used the lessons he has learned from being around other deejays and took his talent to the next level,”  says Tony Redz, Host – WPGC 95.5. 

DJ Young has already been featured as a guest DJ on Sway In The Morning, earn a deal with eOne Distribution as the youngest artist to sign a worldwide music, film and soundtrack, release a top 3 hit single “Right Here” (ft. Frank Benz and Da-Rai), and moved over 250,000 units independently on his own label, DYMG Entertainment – all before he walks the stage as a graduating high school senior this summer. #kudos #education

Regardless of the outcome at Tabernacle, DJ Young Music, a triple threat deejay, songwriter and producer, will join 107.9’s 20^th Annual Birthday Bash festivities the very next day when he blesses the turntables, before performing his hit single “Right Here” (ft. DYMG artists Frank Benz and Da-Rai) at Philips Arena.
